General Therapy Questions

I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, substance use, relational challenges, life transitions, identity exploration and more. Many clients arrive feeling stuck in recurring patterns, seeking relief from self-criticism, emotional pain or questions of meaning and longing to feel more at ease and connected.

The first session is an opportunity to connect and explore what you hope to achieve. I do not follow a rigid script. I bring curiosity and ask questions to understand who you are and what matters most. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. My aim is to establish a safe, grounded and collaborative space.
